Common questions about shopping with Eileen
How do I claim a reward?
To claim an active reward, you must first be within 100 feet of the store displaying the reward. Rewards are then claimed by clicking a brand tile from a store page. This action claims the reward, and then you will enter a few pieces of information for the brand including a photo of the brand’s products on a shelf.

What if there aren’t active stores in my area yet?
We’re working on it! Please sign up for notifications and we’ll contact you as soon as we’re covering stores near you. Join the shopper waitlist here to be the first to know when Eileen will be available in you area!
Will I still be paid if there’s no product on the shelf?
Absolutely! Just because the store is out of stock, doesn’t mean you don’t have the opportunity to earn money. This is actually one of the most helpful pieces of information you can provide.
How do I get paid?
We work with Stripe to facilitate payments between Eileen and you. As long as you have a bank account, you can quickly and securely connect your bank through Stripe Connect in order to receive funds
